Fish stock

John Lusty's fish stock in 410g tins.

Stock bones

Selected sole and white fish bones (no oily fish), ideal for making stock. 

A 1kg bag makes at least a pint.

Fish pieces

Ideal for fish stock.  They are fresh and come from the fish that we process

ourselves.  A 1kg bag makes at least a pint.

Fish soup

The famous Pérard fish soup.  From Le Touquet.  780g jar, serves 4,

made from fresh fish and shellfish.
