l Ask us to skin, pin and portion all fish to your requirements.

l All our fish is sold by weight, but if you want to order by the portion, we can price

by the portion, which may help your pricing.

l Give us a day's notice and your fish could be individually vacuum-packed - you could

put it straight into your freezer

Dover soles

Excellent, quality fish. Cook whole, or we can fillet for you, just let us know your requirements

when you order..

Torbay soles

Similar to Dover soles (see above), very prized in Spain, so they are scarce in the UK. When

there are no ferries running to Spain we can get them cheaply! We can skin or fillet them for

you, just let us know what you want.

Don't forget - we can portion or (with a day's notice) vacuum-pack for you!

Lemon soles

Cornish, and the finest you can get. We can fillet them or skin them, or you can just cook them

whole, head-on, let us know how you'd like them.
