SHARK AND RED MULLET
l Ask us to skin, pin and portion all fish to your requirements.
l All our fish is sold by weight, but if you want to order by the portion, we can price
by the portion, which may help your pricing.
l Give us a day's notice and your fish could be individually vacuum-packed - you could
put it straight into your freezer
Shark
These are either topes or blues and have a pale colour. More available and slightly cheaper
than best shark (see below).
Best
shark
Best shark is porbeagle, hammerhead or thresher. Large, quality, thick, dark steaks of
sharkmeat that taste similar to swordfish. Expensive on the continent, but sometimes we
can get lucky and buy them at the right price. When in stock they should not be missed.
Don't forget - we can portion or (with a day's notice) vacuum-pack for you!
Fresh red mullet
We can fillet for you, leaving you with small completely boneless fillets, or we will
prepare and clean them in any other way you’d like.

Frozen red mullet
As above, but frozen at sea. From 300g to 500g.
Red mullet fillets
Small fillets, but scaled and completely boned and individually frozen. Attractive
red skin. Try as a starter, quick cooking.
