Potted shrimps

Best brown shrimps, the best flavour, peeled and in pots covered with butter.

Warm them through in the microwave and serve with brown bread and butter. Simple,

so you can serve them when the chef’s off duty! A pot is a good serving.

Boiled shrimps

Shrimps are either pink (really small prawns) or brown (real shrimps). Very different in flavour,

you must try them both. Pull off the heads and tails, eat with bread and butter.
