SEABASS AND SEABREAM

l Ask us to skin, pin and portion all fish to your requirements.

l All our fish is sold by weight, but if you want to order by the portion, we can price

by the portion, which may help your pricing.  

l Give us a day's notice and your fish could be individually vacuum-packed - you could

put it straight into your freezer

Wild seabass                              

Available most of the year subject to the weather.  Usually from the south coast, and are

thought to be some of the best-tasting fish in the sea.  In all sizes, tell us the size you

want, the larger, the more expensive. 

We will fillet and pin bone wild seabass - discuss your requirements

when you ring.

Don't forget - we can portion or (with a day's notice) vacuum-pack for you!

Farmed seabass

We always stock the finest quality farmed seabass from Greece. 400 to 600g, we can get larger

and smaller.

We will fillet and pin bone farmed seabass to order.

Wild black seabream

Similar to bass, an extremely nice fish.  From the south coast and France, giving an

extended season.  Very reasonably priced.

Farmed black seabream

Similar to bass, an extremely nice fish.  From Greece.  One of the nicest fish, 

very reasonably  priced.  400g each, cleaned, head on.
