SALMON AND TROUT

l Ask us to skin, pin and portion all fish to your requirements.

l All our fish is sold by weight, but if you want to order by the portion, we can price

by the portion, which may help your pricing.  

l Give us a day's notice and your fish could be individually vacuum-packed - you could

put it straight into your freezer

Salmon fillets from Shetland

We only use the finest, large Shetland salmon for our salmon fillets. We will skin and remove

all bones, including pin bones, and deliver it to you skinless or skin on, please ask. 

We will portion whole salmon fillets for you, ring us to

discuss your requirements.

Don't forget - we can portion or (with a day's notice) vacuum-pack for you!

Salmon steaks from Shetland        

The finest, large Shetland salmon, cut to size. Prices vary daily.

Superior quality whole salmon       

All sizes available, this is finest red, best-quality Shetland salmon.  We can clean,

skin, fillet and pin, or you can cook them whole.  Discuss your requirements when you phone.

Wild salmon and sea trout

Available in season

Local caught trout                        

Brought into us by numerous fishermen from Thames Valley rivers and lakes and

from the streams around our farm in Somerset. Flesh varies in colour from pink to white. 

They are usually quite large, from 500g to 1.5kg.  Delicious, and our customers can’t get

enough of them.  

Don't forget - we can portion or (with a day's notice) vacuum-pack for you!                                                      

Rainbow trout                                

These are fresh farmed fish, 350 to 500g in weight.  We will clean and fully prepare

them for you, and fillet them if required.
