l All our fish is sold by weight, but if you want to order by the portion, we can price

by the portion, which may help your pricing.

l Give us a day's notice and your fish could be individually vacuum-packed - you could

put it straight into your freezer

Herring roe

Fresh and frozen. Flour and fry them and eat them on toast, add Worcestershire sauce to taste.

Fresh cod roe

From Christmas to Easter. Boil it yourself and eat it warm. We can wrap it for you ready to boil. Try it as a starter.

Don't forget - we can portion or (with a day's notice) vacuum-pack for you!

Cooked cod roe

Available as above. Cooked on the premises. Don’t freeze

(it loses some of its texture) – eating it fresh is a treat. Fry it as they do in fish and chip shops, or eat as it is with a salad - it’s delicious! It goes a long way.

Smoked cod roe

The base of taramasolata, also eat as is or in a pâté. From the south coast, smoked to our

specifications in Grimsby. We can therefore offer the cheapest quality smoked cod roe.

Salmon eggs

Ornamental addition to many dishes and starters. Sold in 50g jars.

Lumpfish roe

100g jar of lumpfish caviar.

Beluga caviar

The rarest of caviar whose colour varies from pale to dark grey. It is distinctive for its delicate

membrane and unusually large grain. In a 50g tin.

Oscietra caviar

This grey-brown caviar with a dark, golden sheen, is much sought after for its distinctive

flavour and nutty taste. Sold in 50g tins.

Sevruga caviar

A fine-grained dark grey caviar, appreciated for its particular lively and full flavour. Sold in 50g tins.

Avruga “caviar”

Made from hard herring roe, black in colour and made to taste like caviar, used even in posh

restaurants, but phenomenally cheaper. In 125g tins.
