Fresh boiled lobsters

Sourced from the English south coast to Canada, depending on the best quality and price.

Best to order these, but often in stock. Price varies with the season. Live lobsters are

also available, please order before noon on the day before.

Cooked lobster meat

320g tin.

Uncooked frozen lobster tails

In the shell, small, about 160g each approximately.

Live freshwater crayfish

When boiled their bright red colour adds to the interest of any dish!

Crayfish tails

These crayfish tails are cooked and in brine. 2.3kg gross weight,

drains to 1.5kg approximately.
